The resort that revolutionizes the retail and leisure sector

THE CHALLENGE
To create the identity of Oasiz Madrid, the largest outdoor leisure, relaxation, shopping and gastronomic center in Spain. A development of the Phalsbourg Company, which conceived this space as a place to live 360° experiences, where air, water and vegetation combine with the most advanced architecture to create a meeting point open to all. The building connects with the visual language. An aspirational brand inspired by both nature and architecture.
  • One of the most important retail projects in Europe. Two lakes with a total of 10,000m2, surrounded by palm trees and waterfalls. Green areas with almost 100,000 trees and shrubs. 90,000m2 to walk, shop and relax. Oasiz Madrid is a unique place to live an experience with all five senses in an incomparable environment. The architecture was designed by the prestigious Italian architect and designer Gianni Ranaulo.
WHAT WE DID
We created an inspiring brand experience. We developed the strategy, the naming, brand architecture, visual language, commercial documents, client experience, signage, signs, nomenclators and stationery. Oasiz is a living project constantly evolving. We needed to create a brand capable of expressing something unique. A brand which which could excite and surprise all audiences. Oasiz is what each person wants it to be, in every visit they make.
  • Expressing the group's commitment to sustainability as it translates into a 18,800 square meter white roof made of a material that allows clients to breathe purified air thanks to its photocatalytic function and that makes better use of the energy and heat of the sun; more than 8,000 square meters of rooftop photovoltaic panels; more than 5,000 square meters of green roofs with vegetation that reduces the carbon footprint, reuse and purification of water to keep the central lake in perfect condition without increasing the water consumption; air conditioning system with condensation water from the lake and natural ventilation system in the car parks, among other initiatives.
THE RESULT
We have created an identity that represents the unique and original character of the space. An identity for a groundbreaking experience, for all five senses in an incomparable environment.
