A new guiding light, the inspiring Mallorcan space for leisure and retail.

The Challenge
To transform Porto Pi, helping it reclaim its position as the centre of entertainment and experiences, the reference of Palma de Mallorca. We were asked to build the new brand for this iconic Mallorcan retail space.
  • Porto Pi opened its doors in 1995. In 2020, Merlin Properties planned a complete renovation and invested more than 30 million in this ambitious project that consolidates its commitment to Palma.
What we did
We created the new brand and brand language for Porto Pi that is inspired by the island. TOTEM has contributed in all facets of brand creation, strategy, development and management. The new brand used light and color, linked to the island's DNA. Mallorca has long been an inspiration for artists. Porto Pi is inspired by the same creative vision.
  • We worked on the brand strategy, positioning, brand architecture, brand identity, brand language, brand guidelines, way finding, customer journey, signage project & 360° environmental branding, project management.
The Result
The new Branding heralds the beginning of an exciting new stage of the life of the center.
Porto Pi is the new art of shopping.
