Lagoh, Best European Development

Lagoh, the largest leisure and shopping center in Seville is also the most awarded.

Once again we are very proud and happy to share that one of TOTEM Branding’s outstanding projects, Lagoh, in Seville, has received another important award: at the European Design & Development Awards, the prize for the best new European development of more than seventy thousand square meters, awarded by the European Council of Shopping Places.
Good branding helps to continue building communities and pushing the boundaries of the entire shopping and social experience, both inside and out.

Following another valuable recognition; the award for “Best Large Shopping Center in Spain”, presented by the Spanish Association of Shopping Centers and Shopping Parks. The award was in recognition of a new model of shopping centers that is much more family-oriented, innovative, sustainable, resilient, and a dynamizer of the city in which it is integrated.

In addition to the choice of customers and commercial operators, these awards confirm that Lagoh is a great brand for a great city.

An extraordinary project that needed extraordinary branding. A mega-space dedicated to leisure and shopping that has revolutionized Sevillian commerce.

The challenge for TOTEM was to develop, together with the Grupo Lar team, a branding that would reflect the differentiating value proposition and personality, through an inimitable name and brand, the development of an ambitious branding development for this unique space.

The largest shopping and family entertainment complex in Andalusia, and the main asset within the Group’s portfolio, which encompasses a value of 1.5 billion euros, needed a great branding.

To create and develop the name and brand identity for this exceptional project we took into consideration its value proposition with its emblematic lake, an innovative design, an avant-garde and sustainable space.

We created Lagoh, a brand that reflects the extroverted personality of the place and the surprise effect that the offer brings to visitors and customers.

A brand that has organic, fluid dimensional shapes inspired by the natural lake, the green environment, the architecture, the design. Connecting Seville with a new world of extroversion and fun.

Lagoh also wants to be the first smart shopping center in Spain linked to big data and already offers 100% omnicanality.

The result was that Lagoh has a great success in the community, with very positive reactions from the public for this unique shopping and leisure experience. A benchmark for fashion, leisure, entertainment and socializing.
