We are very happy to share that one of TOTEM’s most important projects, Lagoh, has received last night the 2022 award for “Best Large Shopping Center in Spain”, given by the Spanish Association of Shopping Centers and Commercial Parks.
A great brand for a great city. An extraordinary project needed extraordinary branding.
The challenge for TOTEM was to develop, together with the Grupo Lar team, an inimitable name and brand for the largest leisure and shopping center in Seville.
Lagoh is a mega-space dedicated to leisure and shopping that has revolutionized Sevillian commerce.
To create and develop the name and brand identity for this exceptional project we took into consideration its value proposition with its emblematic lake, an innovative design, an avant-garde and sustainable space.
For its more than 100,000 square meters of surface in addition to the naming, the development of an ambitious branding development.
The only shopping center in the country that has natural vegetation inside, with a green mantle that covers the roofs of 11,000 m2. It uses renewable energies to reduce its consumption by almost 40%, while the materials with which it is built are recycled (or recyclable), and has more than 20,000 tree units.
We created Lagoh, a brand that reflects the extroverted personality of the place and the surprise effect that the offer brings to visitors and customers.
A brand that has fluid organic and dimensional shapes inspired by the natural lake, the green environment, the architecture. Connecting Seville with a new world of extroversion and fun.
The result was that Lagoh has a great success in the community, with very positive reactions from the public for this unique shopping and leisure experience. A benchmark for fashion, leisure, entertainment and socializing.
