Designing a culture isn’t about writing a document. It’s about igniting a movement.

It’s not every day that you get the opportunity to (literally) write the soul of an organization.
That’s what we did with the PEGASUS FOUNDATION’s Cultural Identity Book.
But it would be unfair to call it a project. It was much more.
It meant looking beyond the manuals to understand what truly unites a team: meaning.

Pegasus is more than a foundation. It’s a community that decides, every day, to change things for the better.
And that’s saying something.
Especially in a world that seems increasingly comfortable with polarization, distance, and easy judgment. They’re going in the other direction. To unite, to build bridges, and to grow their community beyond borders.

Working with them was an exercise in humility.
Because it forced us to leave behind formulas, structures, and egos.
And to approach it from another place: that of radical empathy.

Thank you Andy, Fede, Alejandro, and Felipe for your surgical sensitivity in transforming emotion into structure.
Thank you Gema and Carlos for sustaining the vision even when the path was not yet clear.

Thank you David, Álvaro, Alvaro Marrero, Roberto, and Fran for opening the door, the stories, and the heart to us.
With you, we understood that true disability is not in the body, nor in the voice. It is in the fears that prevent us from being who we are.
And in the courage it takes to show ourselves as we are: with vulnerabilities, strengths, and dreams.

Pegasus taught us that designing a culture is about sharing the future we all want to achieve, and building it with intention.
Today, that truth has a clear path. It has a voice, form, symbols, words, and attitudes.

Today, Pegasus has a shared legacy.
Because yours isn’t normal, but neither is ours. Join the flow 😉.

Thank you for believing,
TOTEM Team
