TOTEM Branding Making the Difference

What incredible days you have allowed us to live, full of authentic connections, disruptive ideas and an unstoppable energy that reminds us why we do what we do: make a difference.

We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to highlight our team’s participation in several recent events, where we not only learned, but also shared ideas, experiences and learnings and grew together.

The week began at the Rappi Business Nights Space, where Rappi Ads and TOTEM Branding joined forces to explore new opportunities with a group of admired professionals. We discussed the importance of transforming customers into believers, of cultivating talent that, in addition to being competent, shares a vision of the future focused on innovation and collaboration. We also talked about how to live the purpose and values, and the relevance of an explicit culture that inspires the team.

Later, we traveled to the future of retail with the Parque Arauco team at their “1st Experience Summit.” It was an enriching space to discuss the future of customer experience (CX) in Colombia, Chile and Peru. In an environment where experience and branding are more crucial than ever, we emphasize how a strong organizational culture and a human approach are essential to building authentic and lasting relationships, which also drive business growth.

We were also inspired to be part of the COLOMBIANO DE LA EXPERIENCIA GUILD’s #GoExperience2024, where we continue to build purposeful relationships. The conversation about how artificial intelligence enhances customer experience and branding is more relevant than ever. We are committed to integrating these technologies in a way that brings real and tangible value to our customers.

Last but not least, we participated in Retail Future, an essential forum to reflect on trends and digitalization in the Valencian Community. Here, we reaffirm our commitment to humanization in an increasingly digitalized and automated environment. We underline the relevance of talent and innovation as drivers of a future in which branding not only adapts, but also transforms.

We heartily thank all the organizers and participants for these valuable opportunities. Each meeting is a step towards the future we want to build.

From our global experience on the 5 continents, we continue to contribute to spreading the importance of good branding, adding value to the ecosystem and building brands that not only stand out, but also inspire and generate a positive impact on society.
